Tilb was founded by , a General Counsel with across top-tier private practice and in-house leadership. Tilb offers Fractional General Counsel services that embed senior legal leadership directly within a business, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

Anna’s career started at Clayton Utz, where she spent 8+ years advising financial institutions, ASX-listed corporates and government clients on complex disputes, directors' duties and regulatory investigations. There she gained invaluable experience as a secondee at Zurich Financial Services and Coca-Cola Amatil before moving in-house to Cochlear Limited (ASX: COH), a global medical technology company with 6,000 employees and operations in 180+ countries. In her most recent role as VP, General Counsel and People & Culture, APAC and Latin America, Anna built the people, legal and compliance functions across APAC and LATAM, leading transitions from distributor to direct operations, structuring new business models from physical clinics to AI-enabled digital platforms and securing regulatory approvals across some of the most complex markets in the world. Alongside her executive career, Anna was a director on the board of Gymnastics Australia and is currently on the board of Life Education Australia (Healthy Harold), a NFP dedicated to empowering young people to make safer and healthier choices through education.
